Anyone else disappointed that every single character and secret has been revealed, before the game has been released?

According to people who have the full game, there are no secret characters. The end boss is not unlockable. Hedlok is not usable.

You can fight Hedlok in the Test Punch. The alternate colours were revealed ages ago, with all of them being shown online as soon as the final three characters were announced.

All game modes, all ARMS, all menu options, extras, are completely accessible via videos online. Of course, this is to be expected at SOME point, but so far before release?

There is essentially nothing hidden now. Nintendo has shown almost everything, either directly or indirectly through the countless early copies. The only thing left to "see" is the final boss in Grand Prix, and I suppose his name.

Anyone else feel like everything was shown too early?
