COTA Seating for USGP

So I posted here a while ago about the value between bleacher seating and GA and I've decided to do bleachers.

Now my issue is I can't decide between my three options: Turn 12 Upper: $395 Turn 12 Lower: $315 Turn 9: $295

I think if I don't do turn 12 upper then I'd rather just do turn 9. Is it worth the premium for Turn 12 upper or is turn 9 the better value? I've looked at views on youtube and still can't decide. Any advice would be helpful!
