Scammed? I Don't know what happened. Help!

So, I've been inactive on tf2 for a month or two. I had one Terror-Watt Bloke's Bucket Hat. My only unusual. I logged back on today, and boom, gone. I checked the items history and it now belongs to Ghosty9 SHX. Am I saying he's scamming? No, but I have no clue how he could have gotten my unusual. If anyone knows how I could get it back, or how I could get volvo's attention. Let me know.
