Don't know how many days it's been since my last relapse

Things have been really good met a few girls since relapse and I am now with someone new it's all new slept together twice including This morning don't know why but I feel slightly down she is not here at a family barbecue with me at the moment do you think it's because I have cum and released that sexual energy ??
