Good replacement for SC Mark Stone?

Picked him up because he was cheap and have been playing him on my top line. He's been really overwhelming. Really slow even with synergies and he always seems to miss his net/fuck up on good chances. 15 games and he's got 0 goals. Any suggestions on a good RW to replace him with? Budget probably around 150-200k.
