Power limit can't be puhsed over 100%, noob here

I have GTX 1050 TI 4GB card and I'm trying to overclock it with MSI Afterburner, however I can't get my power limit above 100% to achieve my overclocked core clock and memory clock. I have seen alot of videos for overclocking this card and they all can up the silder to 120% but mine is locked to 100% Image : http://prntscr.com/fffnip am I just unlucky with my card or is something wrong with settings that I need to edit so I can be able to increase it?
