Ketamine psychosis?

Yesterday I spent most of the day snorting ketamine. I've tried it before but I had free time and wanted to experience the k-hole.

I'm not sure of the exact dosage but it was probably 150-200mg (maybe more or less but I had around 4-6 lines over an hour or two) of ketamine from a well known and well reputable DNM vendor.

I didn't get close to a k-hole how I experienced the last time I nearly k-hole'd, the ketamine was very sociable and active feeling despite the drunk wonkiness, I spent most of the time watching documentaries and being very interested in them. I kept going on chat sites and talking to people. Then I had another line and the objects in my room started turning towards me. My lamp turned towards me and behind me it looked like objects were turning towards me. I panicked a tiny bit but realised it's all in my head so I had some deep breaths but the hallucinations worsened. The globe next to me grew a face in the corner of my eye and turned to me and then other things behind and around me starting growing evil looking faces and turning to me and getting closer. Whenever I looked directly at them the hallucination disappeared but I started to panic a bit more. I lied back further on my chair, closed my eyes and took a deep breath and when I opened my eyes the hallucinations were gone.

Has anyone else experienced these kind of hallucinations? I honestly felt close to my mind snapping but luckily I had the experience and knowledge to not run away screaming. The hallucinations were nearly as intense as DMT hallucinations.
