Moving to America and Buying Car with Canadian LOC

I will be moving to USA from Canada for work on Visa (3yr, with intention of getting Perm. Residence). I will have no credit score in the States and I do not have enough cash to buy a car but I was thinking I could use my LOC (p+1) to purchase a car in the States.

Would this be possible? Would I run into any problems with the CRA?
