Master List of IVF Pharmacies!

With my increasing FSH levels (most recently at 15.7; my AMH for whatever reason is normal at 1.62), my RE and I have decided that it would likely be best for me to do a high stim protocol so I can get the most bang for my buck. I do not want to risk total fertilization failure (which I've been through before a few years ago) and I really don't want to have to do a full round of IVF more than once if I can avoid it. We are paying 100% out of pocket, and my RE is suggesting stims (follistim vs gonal F, whichever is cheapest) in the 300 unit range; which will cost a fuck ton of money.

Demographics: live in NYS, 32 year old F, 4 IUIs a few years ago with no success, 1 IVF which as I mentioned led to total fertilization failure. I had elevated prolactin levels which are now in normal range thanks to Cabergoline. I do have history of success. That being said, all the negative feelings and rage I felt the first time are back at full throttle.

I am trying to collect a list of IVF pharmacies that have been tried and true on the sub, and have competitive pricing. Please post names of pharmacies you have used in the past, along with your experiences please!

Please DO not post, "oh, I have no experience with this because my insurance paid out of pocket poor you". In that case, I respectfully ask that you just don't say anything.
