Traveling on Public Transportation...

So I may be taking on more than I anticipated head on... Here's the rundown:

-This will be the first festival I've ever attended

-I don't have a car, so I'll be taking the regional rail to Wilmington, and then Greyhound/a shuttle

-I'm helping out, so camping may be the most logical thing to do

-I've never been camping, and don't own any gear

-I'm going alone.

Am I completely over my head? Probably. What do I do?
