Searching takes a LONG time sometimes

Just wondering if anyone has this problem sometimes. Currently level 7, but while most games pop in 30 seconds, I'll occasionally have this happen. Canceling and requeuing doesn't fix it, I just let it sit outside of queue for 10 minutes and then it's fine.

I'm on a VPN inside of the country, but that doesn't seem to effect it as it happens both on and off of my VPN.
