Problems progressing in base building.

So I think I glitched the game somehow... I can't get the blueprints necessary to build a farm or get the biohazard gloves or voltaic cell. Am I just missing something or do I have to start over completely? I have a planet base with a construction terminal thingy and I can't do the mission because I can't make the gloves to get the materials.

I feel like I'm missing like 20 blueprints that i cant figure out how to get.
