Is 100% fan speed OK?

Here are my temp/fan speeds http://i.imgur.com/qaU2o6X.png I am trying to keep the temp right around 70 but the fans basically run 100% to do that. Is that ok? or should I get some external fans to help cool it? The room is pretty hot with 5 rigs running.
