What are the best nursing specialties/jobs? Those of you who like your jobs, what do you do? What are the best specialties for work/life balance?

I feel like this sub sometimes focuses too much on the negative aspects of nursing, of which to be sure of, there are many depending on where you work. So I thought we could have some positivity today! Those on here who really enjoy your jobs? What do you do, what about your job makes it good? How can other hospitals improve?
