Does anyone know if there are any Polish poetry journals that accept English poems in translation?

I have been studying Polish for about a year now and am working to translate Polish poetry into English and English poetry into Polish. I am wondering if anyone might know of any journals or magazines in Poland/in Polish that might be interested in publishing some poems in translation. Can anyone help?
