SCREWED over by a disability advocate part 2 !

UPDATE........it has been over 2 years since I posted the first "SCREWED OVER" rant. I have emailed and contacted many attorneys who say: " Oh.....you won. We can't take your case because you received fully favorable ! " There have been three out-of-state attorneys that reached out to me and I feel were being very honest. For lack of a better term....I WAS SCREWED OVER. One attorney wanted to investigate further and told me this disability advocate and her Law Firm had taken MUCH more from me than they should have. This attorney said if he took my case the amount I would get back would be depleted after paying his cost and travel fees. I am in a depressed state while writing this 2nd part of my saga here. I have Chronic Lyme disease that has kicked off brain degeneration, almost at 0 on the smell / taste scale. Reading and focusing has also become quite a problem. My retention and ability to think on my feet stinks and some days the mental fog is so thick you can cut it with a knife. NOBODY will take my case. HOW CONVENIENT FOR THE JUDGE AND DISABILITY ADVOCATE THAT I AM SURE WERE ON THE SAME TEAM ! Decided to reach out to the media ....you know those people that tell us on TV: " We tackle the controversial cases....let us know what YOU have gone thru." Guess what ??? They wanted no part in this case. I am sure things like Family Court Corruption and someone getting Screwed over by a Disability Judge / Advocate is off the table ! I had an organization write to me and told me to write to as many Judges / Senators as I could. Well I have been corresponding with a Senator in the state my hearing was in. Even wrote to the Governor and got delivery confirmation and 0 response. Wrote to Trump as well. Double 0. When I first contacted the Senator's office I sent over many faxes and explained what happened. His secretary had requested I send over medical information. ONE OF THE FIRST things the secretary says to me is: REMEMBER...." it was YOUR choice ! " I am sure my response went something like this.... IT WAS NOT MY CHOICE TO BE SCREWED ! I have been advised throughout the months that this Senator was dealing with Social Security....blah blah blah. Late last year I am informed my case is being turned over to SOCIAL SECURITY ???? Now I get a letter from them that basically states I am not happy with being approved so new hearing ? NOW let me get this straight....HAD a bulls-eye rash but was misdiagnosed. Went to doctor after doctor after doctor after doctor. Diagnosed with Lyme disease almost one year after infection. Experienced heart problems, gray skin, extreme head pressure, cognitive problems, memory problems, nerve and muscle pain, etc. I have lost my taste and smell, and by the way.....LYME DOCTORS AND LONG TERM TREATMENT PROGRAMS ARE OUT OF POCKET. So I am already drained physically, mentally, financially, etc. Stuck with Lyme....2 weeks without antibiotics years later and I cannot function. Relapses occur with stress and illness. I fought for disability several years. My advocate mysteriously retires before 2nd or 3rd hearing in front of the ALJ 2015 and I inherit a new advocate. ( IN CASE I FORGET, AT SOME POINT AFTER MY HEARING MY ORIGINAL ADVOCATE COMES OUT OF RETIREMENT ). Told this new lady how complicated this disease was and how it has affected me. I was in a bad state the morning of my hearing but I know what went on in that courtroom. I know that morning I was way too emotional and there was brain fog, new thyroid problems, and financial issues overwhelming me.....I needed someone to tell me when I applied, a person to be my clarity.....AT THE END OF THE DAY, THE ADVOCATE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON MY SIDE. SHE WAS NOT ! Not only was I coerced out of most of my back pay I find out the firm has kept more money than they should have. At this writing ...Social Security disability is wanting any new medical information....ugh I still have Lyme and degenerative brain disease and nerve pain and little to no smell and taste.... I still can't function more than 2 weeks without antibiotics. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. My last brain scan made my brain burn so bad because it just feels RAW and I feel like this whole process has been TORTURE. What a truly screwed up system. I have not applied for food stamps or any other assistance. I work a part-time job at a grocery store and used be in computers when I had all my marbles. >>>>> to be continued.
