How do you guys keep your shit clean?

So I have a jet black iPhone 7 I bought at launch, and I use it without a case. I don't mind the fingerprints since I'll wipe the phone with a damp cloth once a day or so, but I was wondering how people clean the lightening port and speaker grills. I've been trying to go at it with a toothbrush which has been only partially successful.
