Ardmore Terrace Apartments - Any Experience?

I'm moving to Winston-Salem and am on a budget (going to school) -- I visited the area a few weeks ago and really liked the Ardmore Terrace Apartments. I'm okay with living in older units, but want to make sure the area is safe. Does anyone have insights in the apartments and the neighborhood there?
