Question about converting ORF sequence to FASTA format

I'm supposed to do this for an assignment, but the book doesn't say how to do it and anything I can download from the page doesn't open on my computer. I'm looking up the ORF with NCBI's ORFfinder, then trying to make it a FASTA sequence. Any help is appreciated!
