My 9 month old keeps pooping in her cage

She won't do it any where in the house or in my patios... but i have a large home for her and she keeps pooping despite feeding her once a day and taking her out 3 times a day (once in the morning, when i get home, and before bed). I'm sure what else do! Any one have this experience or suggestions? Thank you in advanced.
