Please fix: Rubicks inability to steal Walrus Kick and Assimilate.

Request

Walrus Kick

There is no reason for Rubick not to be able to steal the above spells. Walrus Punch may be an attack modifier (I wish they would revert this also or find some work-around to allow this to be stolen once more without hindering Tusk players), but Walrus Kick is not an attack modifier and there isn't a good reason that Rubick cannot use this ability.

Assimilate

For Assimilate, I'm assuming Valve are potentially scared of have encountered some issue having Rubick able to use this ability. If this is the case however it should be resolved as also there is no restriction laid out in being able to use this ability. It's a point-target spell like any other which should be obtainable.

Timbersaw Double Chakram Steal

This is a rare occurence but one I have encountered and one that doesn't follow any other logic set in the game so far to my knowledge. For Rubick to steal both Chakram's simultaneously from Timbersaw both he, and Timbersaw are required to have an Aghanim's Scepter. Furthermore Rubick is required to steal the orange chakram, stealing the blue chakram will give Rubick only the one chakram to work with.

If it is to follow the logic set by other heroes then either stealing the blue chakram should yield only the blue chakram (make it impossible to steal 2 chakrams at once) because on any other hero stealing the Agh's Spell doesn't grant the normal ultimate (e.g stealing Eyes of the Forest doesn't grant Overgrowth*). Or make it so stealing the orange chakram also grants both chakrams for sake of consistency.

Arc Fucking Warden

Also inb4 TheZett mentions the Rubick Tempest Double spell-steal interaction, though I'd like you to paste it again to remind people plz lol

Edit

*Now that I think about it, Eyes of the Forest really should grant Overgrowth with it. Because Rubick loses all infected trees when stealing another spell, it's impossible to cast Overgrowth via trees as Rubick. Eyes of the Forest can only be used for Vision by Rubick (not a bad thing by any means). A better example would be that stealing Nimbus does not grant Thundergod's Wrath.
