Looking for feedback on my first build. $1100 CDN, 1080p at 45-60 fps desired for moderate-requirement gaming.
Have I read the sidebar and rules? Yes!
Intended use for this build: Good quality (not monstrous) gaming PC. Not really for serious, competitive multiplayer gaming or for AAA crazy shit.
Performance I'm looking for: Run games (not typically new AAA titles) at 1080p, 45-60 fps consistently. Medium-detail is fine, generally. I think that CIV V, Dark Souls III, Cities Skylines, and Witcher III are the most intensive games I'm interested in playing.
Budget: $1100 Canadian, including peripherals and OS.
Country: Canada!

Additional details:

I haven't included a monitor, keyboard, mouse, or OS in the list above. Is it feasible to add those and still stay within my budget? (That is, adding only around $250 CDN more?) I don't play any competitive multiplayer games seriously; I'm willing to "cheap out" on the keyboard and mouse for this reason (although I'd still appreciate a certain, basic level of quality).

I think that dust is a bit of an issue where I live. Are there precautions I should take?
-
I mentioned The Witcher III, but I believe that that game is particularly intensive. If it's out of my reach to run at the desired quality, I'm okay with putting it on the chopping block.

Any feedback whatsoever is welcome and appreciated! This is my first stab at assembling a build. If I can provide any more details, let me help you help me! Thank you all in advance.
