LTE Smart Hub NAT issue.

So I have the LTE Smart Hub from Telus and while I'm fine with the speed and ping, I'm having issues with the NAT and was recommended to come here. No matter what i do, the NAT on my Xbox one is always strict, even if I place my Xbox in DMZ mode. The Smart Hub also functions as a Router so would I need to have an actual router output the wireless signal to have the NAT change to Open?
