Question about the name of an old M:tG character

Hello all!

I used to play Magic back in the day (the 90'es to be precise) and I had a vague memory of a character called "never resting" or something similar to indicate someone constantly on the move being referred to in the flavour texts of various cards. Do anybody here have any idea what character that could be? I use a lot of the background from M:tG as inspiration writing RPG stuff.

Thanks in advance! :-)
