Township requires land survey in order to submit permit for a fence. Not looking forward to pay $600 for the survey, any way around it?

The permit itself is $25 but they want a map where the fence will be installed. Can I make one myself or something? I called few land surveyor and the price is anywhere from 600 to 1200.

The lot is a simple 100x60 square and there are property stakes on all 4 corners courtesy of my neighbors so the fence will be installed correctly. Doing the work myself.
