What is happening to my print?

I have been trying to use eLASTIC Filament from Inland. So far I have been getting really bad results printing a benchy the bottom layers have holes in them as does the top layers and I have tried to up the amount of the top/bottom layers but it is not helping. Also the front of the benchy is just a mess. Could anyone shed light on what settings I have to change? Also could someone tell me how to upload pictures? If I figure it out I will upload them in the comments.
