Neurotic bridesmaid is stressing me out

I have a bridesmaid that has been one of my best friends for many years. She's introverted and likes her alone time, and she also doesn't like any of the wedding traditions like wedding showers, etc.

Every time we talk lately, we've been getting into arguments. She says she will be there for each event (shower, bachelorette and rehearsal), but each one brings up questions and venting. Like how I'm making everyone drive to the venue for rehearsal on a week night after work when they will be exhausted, etc. I keep telling her that id prefer she come, but if she can't The we can find a way to work around it, but she keeps saying she will come and then keeps venting.

Anyone else have something like this going on?
