Busted Valve Cover Screw 1980 Gs550E

Was taking my valve cover off the other day to check for clearances. In the process, I split two bolts. Looking for tips or tricks to remove the remaining stubs that are poking out from the threads. A lot of the other bolts were crusted/rusted in. Thanks!
