Built "The Crusher" from the wiki builds on PC Master Race and successfully post booted but now the PC won't POST. Please help

The build turned on and I got into the bios on the very first power on. I changed the bios settings so it would boot from usb then saved and exited, turned it off and went to sleep. In the morning I plugged in my bootable linux usb drive and I was on Linux mint. I was using using Linux so I could format another usb I had to create a bootable Windows 10 usb. Before I could start using Gparted (a partition managing program on linux) the pc rebooted. I got back into Linux mint and tried again with the same result. The pc kept restarting on its own. I turned it off and pulled both usbs and I couldn't get back into the bios. I plugged the Linux bootable usbs back in and got no POST boot. I looked at the motherboard and noticed the white led labeled CPU on the ez debug area of the motherboard is solid from the moment the pc boots up.

I reset cmos and got to the bios for a few seconds before the pc restarted and have not been able to get back in since. The PC will restart every 5 minutes on its own. I checked the cpu pins and the motherboard pins and there is no damage. I don't know why the PC worked fine for a while and slowly crapped out. Any ideas or help?

I built my first pc a week ago and this one is for my wife. We want to start streaming Over Watch already! I've only been pc gaming a week but I'm already hooked. I just wish building the pcs wasn't such a hassle.
