[HELP] my iphone froze

I was browsing and all of a sudden the screen went black with very thin horizontal lines....now, it's just a grey off grey screen, nothing is moving, I can't seem to ssh into it. The power button doesn't appear to be working no matter how long I hold it down... Iphone 6s i haven't installed any new tweaks. Veency, Makato (or whatever that one that prevents updating), App Drawer, Springtomize4.

Edit: none of the suggestions worked, but after 12 hours it shut off due to battery dead. I restarted it, and it worked...I don't know what happened...I don't know what it was....the ios was 10.2.1. for some reason I couldn't do anything...
