Second Judical Amendment

Hey Guys, since I am the current Court Clerk, I noticed two little things that make the Judical Process unnecessary bothersome, and therfore should be changed. I hope for your support. The Amendment can be found here

The two things changed are:

• The Court Clerk doesn't need to be present at the hearing. He is just another person who needs to be put into consideration when organizing hearings, while he can retrace the Hearing on Discord or Reddit (depends where the Case was heared)

• The Moderation has acces to all data, instead of sending the information everytime something happens.
