Lucios of Console -- What're your settings?

So I'm a mid-diamond Lucio main and I'm very bad. I had 36% accuracy at the end of last season (probably because of shield meta when Orisa came out) which is pretty decent, but recently my aim has been off. Like really badly off. I can't hit fast targets or really most targets. What're your settings, guys?

For me, it's 60horiz/45vert 70 aim assist, 100 aim assist window size (gonna definitely toy around with lowering that, it fucks up my aim too much sometimes), 100 aim smoothing, dual-zone. I honestly have no fucking clue what aim smoothing is, or what the aim techniques are.
