Do cosmetics carry over from PC to PC?

I've been playing Overwatch on my friend's PC, and just bought it myself along with a new computer. The computer hasn't come in yet, and might not until after the anniversary event is over, so I wanted to know if I could play on my friend's PC and then play on my future PC with the cosmetics I unlocked on my friend's PC on my account. Thank you in advance.
