Tried to build this 2 axis servo platform using the info here (& at instructables)- still not right. Any suggestions?

Here a link to the archived reddit post. I'm pretty sure the wiring is identical, and I have the same hardware. I'm wired to a 5v bench supply. I had some trouble installing the libraries but now I think I have that resolved and the code compiles and uploads successfully but yields this result (link to video) instead of a level platform. Any ideas?
