Hey Guys.
If you're an active member of the community and find yourself with a little spare time each week, becoming an Officer of r/GlobalOffensiveTrade may be for you.

What we ARE looking for?
- Mature, proactive and confident members of the community
- People that spend a considerable amount of time browsing r/GlobalOffensiveTrade
- People that understand and abide fully by the rules of r/GlobalOffensiveTrade
- People that are active before, throughout and after the application process
What we ARE NOT looking for?
- Anyone with a SteamRep mark
- Anyone who is extremely hostile/toxic to other members of the community
- Anyone who excessively breaks rules
#FAQ
Q: Whats the time commitment like?
A: *Honestly, just depends how fast you can work.
We expect Officers to just combine browsing the subreddit with moderating.
For example, I browse /new for trades and if I see a post that is not abiding by the rules then I'll deal with it.
In terms of time, we'd expect people to spend at least 1 hour per week to 10 hours per week.*

Q: What is the difference between the work of a moderator and an officer?
A: Moderators tend to deal more with more significant alterations to the subreddit where as Officers do much more of the 'field work' on the subreddit.
Officers: Removing/Approving posts, reporting users who break rules multiple times.
Moderators: Dealing with Modmail, dealing with bans, making the final decisions on things etc
