In doubles or standard with random teammates, do you guys think a positive and encouraging chat message prior to the first kick-off can boost your teammates' performance? If yes, what's your go-to phrase?

I feel that a little "let's do this!" will break some sort of ice and start out the game with better vibes than complete radio silence.
