Ranked hero league matchmaking

I started playing for a few weaks ago. Have experience of mobas from other games. Played my placements and got Gold2. After being done with placements it has been a total free fall down to Silver1 and still dropping. All i want from my team is:

1. Play as team
2. Dont die unnecessarily
3. Play the objectives I get matched up with jaina's going 1v4, sylvanas dying alone to towers and the assassins always target tanks. Is it just my limited experience or is this what is to be expected from solo queue?
