Why does hi rez do nothing against ranked trolls

Had a guy this morning 4 games in a row last pick mid two janus and walk into tower and kill himself repeatedly for 10 mins solid. Four games in a row. So 40 mins of my day off i spend helplessly stuck in matches with a troll. Every one on all of my teams reports him and hes just in our next que sending us messages to fuck off hes trolling cause he doesn't like us. Please hi rez do something about trolls i barley enjoy ranked now as it is. The game only seems enjoyable when i have a full party and we que casuals but being a naturally competitive person im always drawn towards ranked and while being a high rank i deal with trolls on a daily basis. Rant over. Not playing ranked for the rest of the day guess ill go outside or something.
