Nautilus 2 issues

Bought this a few weeks ago and I loved it at first.

But there is one HUGE problem with it that is going to force me to get a different piece.

Whenever I want to fill it, the coil does not stick to the base and instead comes off with the top piece. This means any juice leftover will pour down to the connection piece(idk what you call it) and I have to clean it with a Q-Tip. And then I have to remove the coil and rescrew it in. Sometimes I have to use pliers to get it off.

This is so frustrating as it doesn't have a huge tank in the first place so I'm filling it up twice a day doing this.

Anyone else have this issue?
