I want to get a job in computer graphics... how do I get one?

I graduated with a CS degree a few years ago. I have worked a year in .Net, and 2 years in Java. I use Blender and would like to develop graphics software at a effects company or some company publishing whitepapers to SIGGRAPH . How do I get one of those computer graphics positions?
