Does google respect the privacy of its business customers? Would it be an improvement to switch to a business account?

Many people are not going to give up google, but maybe they'd be willing to switch to a business account because they'd be able to get more features and better privacy. Is this a feasible solution to improve privacy for people who want to keep using Google?
