Discussion and survey on /r/UCSD's megathreads and stuff

For the past week you've probably noticed that we required posts that were only relevant to a small number of people to be posted in a megathread. Before that we were only putting new student questions in megathreads, and before that we had none.

Now I am here to ask you guys, should we keep doing it? On one hand, it keeps the subreddit less cluttered and more relevant to you guys. On the other hand posts in the megathreads get less visibility, and I have to be a nazi mod all the time.

Anyway, we'd like your feedback on how it's working out, so please fill out this google form and feel free to discuss in the comments: https://goo.gl/forms/k8dJwuuIXT4cjP7o2

Good luck on finals!
