[orgasm troubles] girlfriend can reach orgasm, says she gets overwhelmed

I'm looking for advice and/or people that have has similar situations. My girlfriend stops me during sex and says it's overwhelming. She still gets pleasure from it but because I have to stop she can't get an orgasm. In fact, she's never had one which makes me feel a little sorry for her.

Should I slow down? keep going when she says it's overwhelming?
