Bunker or MC businesses

For anyone with both, which turns over more money? I'm behind on a few DLCs and have only about 3m in my bank right now. I have a CEO office and I/E garage but no coke or meth lab, no bunker.

Which should I spend my 3m setting up next if I'm only interested in maximizing my money-grinding potential? (i.e. if I did get a bunker I'd go full production-focus)
