Anyone having a much more fun time with the game because the grind isn't so bad with the double BP?

I took a break from DBD for quite awhile and came back with the latest DLC. I was enjoying my time but my major complaint with the game is the grinding, but with the anniversary week going on I'm loving this game so much more. I can finally try out new survivors and killers without worrying about getting destroyed by players who have much more perks and items than I do. Being able to play and level up new characters at a much better rate has added so much variety to the game in my opinion.
