[EU] German LEM looking for an active team

hey! I'm a 16 year old dude from germany with 2500 hours who's looking for an active team.

I'm good with rifles, the awp and pistols, so I can play every role except IGL. I've been watching cs esports since 2015 and have good knowledge and good skill thanks to that.

I'm looking for an active team with a schedule or something similiar to avoid lacking players all the time. I want to stop screwing around in MM and actually progress as a team :D

If you want you can look at a frag compilation I made https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N5phsoUFMYc (don't mind the part I forgot to crop out ^^)
