Re-invite someone who was declined to join the band?

Hey everyone, I was wondering whether there was a way to allow for someone to join a band again after being rejected once. We have a few people whom we're either rejected by mistake or as a joke and now there's no way to invite them back because it says they are banned. Anyone have any way around this?
