Is there a way to disable directional audio

I can't hear out one ear so i can only hear zombies coming from my right. This obviously creates problems when training zombies as i cant know if something is to my left. So is there a way in audio settings to make sound come through both earphones no matter what direction. (Btw i'm on ps4)
