Is there a metric to determine if people are selling BTC explicitly for LTC?

I have been poking around CoinMarketCap.com all week, and I can't determine if LTC is just going up, or if people are selling BTC for Lite? If BTC goes down, people are selling, but is there an easy metric or source to see which way in the BTC out is flowing?
