Does anyone think Felicia from Darkstalkers should be a playable character (or at least a DLC Character) for Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite?

I loved playing as Felicia in Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 & she has been my favorite Darkstalkers Character ever since, & when I saw the MvC:I Roster, I thought: "Hey, something is definitely not right here. Where's Felicia the optimistic blue haired catwoman that I've ever come to love, main & admire? She should be on the roster?" So, I'm asking for your opinion. Do you think Felicia should be in the MvC:I Roster as a playable character (or at least a DLC Character)?
